The Importance of Mindfulness and Investigation in Freeing up Hindering Emotional States.
In this morning class we will explore body based mindfulness meditations in the Lotus Sanctuary Room, at the bottom of Wellpark Retreat.
Please bring loose clothing suitable for movement, meditation cushion to sit on and a blanket for lying on.
Cost: $15 room hire fee
