| We are delighted to have Lama Gyaltsen once again teaching at our Ananta Karuna Dharma Centre in Sannich. Lama Gyaltsen will be giving two classes with meditation on the classic Buddhist meditation of metta, loving-kindness. This profound practice as taught in the Metta Sutta is incredibly open and deep in profound wisdom and great love for all beings. Lama Gyaltsen will bestow the Peaceful Guru Rinpoche empowerment and reading transmission of the practice text as revealed by Gyalwa Rinchen Puntsog (1509–1557). There will be a practice session and an explanatory class on the meaning of the text which will reveal why we deeply unfold the eight manifestations that brings us strength and opens the door to the abilities wealth of the awakened mind. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, with opportunities to ask questions. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please contact Paulina Wu to request financial assistance. Traditionally, Dharma teachers do not set a fee for teaching. They give the teachings freely, so that anyone, no matter their financial means can and are encouraged to attend classes. Those who attend classes support the teaching by offering Dana (a Pali word meaning donation, or generosity) to the teacher. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
