“Awareness & Pristine Awareness: distinguishing mind  from innate mind.”

Introduction to Mahamudra and Dzogchen practice

3 Classes by Lama Mark Webber,

Vancouver, August 13-14, 2016

Saturday 13th (two classes): 9:30am & 7:30 pm.

Sunday 14th (one class): 9:30am

We are pleased to have Lama Mark Webber giving a class on re-clarifying where we are heading in our studies, contemplation and meditations. Lama Mark wrote: “Not only do we need to be able to dL Mark 1 copy 2-cropped_3 with rosary-Antigua 2016-Danieliscern that which is wholesome and that which is unwholesome—as a profound level of wisdom—but be able to distinguish, then recognize, that which is our common experience of mind, objects and awareness from the intrinsic luminous pristine awareness. That is the purpose of all our meditations, reflections and study. In hearing and understanding the roadmap, we gain ever greater appreciation and confidence in all the training and meditations we do, not just for us, but for all life.”

This class will be an introduction to Mahamudra and Dzogchen practice, beneficial for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
