Classes will be mainly based on a text by Lho Trinle Namgyal called: Words of Vajradhara Dharmakiriti: a record of instructions on Five Fold Mahamudra.
We are pleased to have Lama Mark Webber giving a classes on re-clarifying where we are heading in our studies, contemplation and meditations. Lama Mark wrote: “Not only do we need to be able to discern that which is wholesome and that which is unwholesome—as a profound level of wisdom—but be able to distinguish, then recognize, that which is our common experience of mind, objects and awareness from the intrinsic luminous pristine awareness—the Mahamudra. In hearing and understanding the roadmap, we gain ever greater appreciation and confidence in all the training and meditations we do, not just for us, but for all life.” Teachings relating the practice of Vajrasattva and Extraordinary Foundations to Mahamudra/Dzogchen practices will also be given.
Beneficial for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
