Tranquility and Dzogchen

Lama Mark will teach various forms of tranquility meditation infused with love and compassion. This will help beginners and experienced practitioners alike, as a preparation to entering the view, meditation and conduct of Dzogchen.

The retreat fee does not include dana to the Teacher. In accordance with Buddhist tradition, Lama Mark offers the teaching of Dharma out of generosity. This fee includes accommodation, meals, and materials for the retreat. The fee for this retreat is: NZ$ 1,170
